When I was first awakening to energy as a girl, I felt lost and misunderstood.  Yes, it was all very exciting and special, but
I longed to learn more, and feel more secure in what was happening.  Eventually, I found a lovely woman, who was also a medium, and I consulted with her a handful of times.  She helped me cultivate my own personal practice from which I
